General

Do you serve areas outside Frankenmuth?+

Yes. Eagle Construction is based in Frankenmuth and serves Bay City, Saginaw, Midland, Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Flushing, the Thumb, and surrounding communities. Share your address and the crew will confirm coverage.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Pricing & estimates

Is the estimate really free?+

Yes. On-site estimates are free and no-pressure. The crew will review the space, discuss your goals, and provide a clear quote before work begins.

What affects project cost?+

Square footage, access, drainage, existing surface condition, reinforcement, and the finish or coating system are the biggest variables. Your estimate will explain what applies to your project.

Process & timing

How long does a typical driveway or patio take?+

Many residential flatwork projects take two to four days on site, followed by cure time before regular or heavy use. Your proposal will include the project-specific sequence.

Can you pour concrete in a Michigan winter?+

Cold-weather work is possible only when the mix, protection, and forecast support a durable result. Eagle Construction will recommend a better pour window when conditions are not right.

How do I care for a new epoxy or stamped surface?+

At the final walkthrough, the crew will explain cure timing, appropriate cleaning, and any maintenance specific to the finish installed.
